Biggest Loser Challenge
I’ve recently signed up to participate in a local ‘Biggest Loser’ Challenge. It’s a County-Wide event that is happening right here in my town. It’s at our local Community Center which has a full gym (free weights and machines, treadmills, Lippys, etc.).
First weigh-in ~ Tuesday, February 20th
Weigh-out (last weigh) ~ March 28th
During that 5 week period I will have total and unlimited access to the gym, 4 classes taught by the new wellness coach, one per week (Classes: Weight Management; exercise and weight loss; nutritional supplementation; and a dining in and out) and admission to the Health Fair on February 24th.
Daily goals
30 points / 100 oz. water / at least 30 minutes exercise
