Weigh-In Well, I gained 0.8 lbs. But ya know what? That’s NOTHING but muscle…I’ve convinced myself…LOL…seriously though…I really think that’s all it is…I’m perfect OP, weight lifting every other day, and walking one mile every day…I knew it was coming…no biggie I just hope to have a loss next week that is good again
I realized tonight though, that in the almost 4 months now that I have been back on Weight Watchers, and the close to 46 lbs. I have already lost, I have only had two SMALL gains (0.2 and 0.8)…that’s just ONE pound gain total in my entire journey…so that is definitely something to be proud of
I’m beat…been a long hectic day, and HORRIBLE snowy weather…and supposed to get 8-10 more inches tonight!!! I think I might just be working from home tomorrow! LOL…Roads were HORRIBLE…so like I said, I’m beat…I’m going to head to bed and get some good ZZZZZZZZ’s
