I lost 5.6 LBS.!!!!!!!! hee hee I’m a happy girl

I’m going to definitely stick to not touching my Flex Points again this week and see how next weeks weigh-in turns out…I have decided not to use my weigh-in night as a free night to not count points. I was doing that before and it just knocks me outta whack and I can’t stay on track I’m in such a great frame of mind to stick with this, that I don’t wanna blow it. So that is my plan for the next week

Once again I come here to chat about something because I had a brainstorm, and I sit in the chair and it’s GONE…I think the chair sucks it right outta me…
