LOL…I haven’t taken my measurements in just over a week…so this really is unreal…but…my weight is still fluctuating sickeningly enough….BUT…I took my measurements again this morning, because truthfully, I was getting *this close* to saying HECK with it all…and…in just over a WEEK I have lost 6.25 inches!!!!!!!!!! YAAAAAYYY!!!!!!!!!! I’m SOOOOO excited and re-motivated again

Lisa you are doing great! Don’t give up! I meant to tell you how awesome the house looked when we were over. I don’t know how you do it with working full time! You know the way our family is built! And you know that there is so much muscle mass! That is a good thing even though it does weigh more then fat! Just try to remember that. I have the same problem when I am really exercising alot. Great, great work!!! Love ya!
