TBL Challenge ~ Week 1, day #3
I updated my challenge page with todays workout. I did my TBL workout, and got on Lippy for 11 minutes and she started making a weird thumping noise in the back end. Lost is on tonight, so Clint wants to wait till tomorrow night after work to see what is wrong with it. I got 11 minutes in on it and burned 198 calories. Not too bad for a small amount of time and a small additional exercise along with my Biggest Loser one.
Still not much to talk about tonight I guess, everything is going really well though…food, water, exercise, everything…I have taken a ‘no-scale’ vow, so I can’t get on until Monday.
YOU ARE DOING SOOO GREAT LISA!! I WAS GOING TO ASK WHAT ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT I MIGHT NEED TO USE WITH TBL DVDS? KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! KAREN
My scales are in hiding!! And I have NO IDEA where! I asked Mike to hide them until Monday You are doing GREAT Girly!
Go girl go! I think thats about all I say here isn’t it? You inspire me. I’ve been reading you off and on (depending where I’m emotionally in terms of my body) since you brought out the “I’ve lost….” blinkies. Hopefully I’ll be able to use them again soon.
I’ve read that with 1 - 2 lbs. loss a week your skin has a better chance of shrinkin with you and looking all saggy. Good going on your workouts!!
