I am making today Day 1 of my one week challenge. Yesterday I did do awesome on my eating, but didn’t get any exercise in. Sunday is going to be my one rest day per week. I won’t be getting up early on Saturdays just to work out, but I will be working out that day, just whenever I can get my butt out of bed.

This morning, the alarm went off at 5:30 a.m. and I was on Lippy (Lippy, by the way, is an elliptical machine…kicks @$$ burning calories ) by 5:47 a.m. and did 15 minutes on her, was done at 6:02 a.m. Feels good to be up and have already exercised, but I suck at being a morning person. This is going to take some getting used to…and probably having to go to bed earlier. I like to lay in bed at night and watch TV, and seems like that’s not going to be a good idea anymore. I need to shut the box off and sleep. Then I think I’ll be fine.

So, so far here are my numbers for today: ( I will be back during the day or later on tonight to update these)

Points used - 14/28
Water - 56 oz.
Exercise - 15 minutes on Lippy = 291.8 calories burned, .734 miles

Later today, I’m going to try to get a new page made under my ‘food/activity’ link and have my daily totals listed for the challenges

Jen - Definitely check out frozen meals to keep at work with you…maybe some Wonder Light bread and use a small amount of a lighter meat that you may have there in the sub shop and make light sandwiches, salads, things like that…I can’t imagine having to work around food all the time, that would definitely be a challenge. Just being home on the weekends is tough enough, let alone work with it…I wish you the best!!!
