weight loss



Man…I can’t seem to eat enough today!! So of COURSE I’m over points for the first time in over a week…I’m beginning to wonder if it is my metabolism picking up since I have been exercising/walking so much…anyone experience this?? I might actually HAVE a metabolism, aye?!?!? *grin*

Got this in an e-mail today and it’s just a little something that made me go ‘hmmmm’

Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat, nor about your body, what you shall put on. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. Luke 12-23

Kind of ironic, aye??? That about sums up my day

Hello Lisa! Hope you are doing great! Thanks for your comments in my blog, that meant a lot to me. I got a lot of my weight loss info from your blog…it is GREAT! And I am amazed my your pictures. You really were a huge encouragement to me in the beginning. Seeing girls like you having baby and struggling with weight like myself…and seeing your pictures and how great and **different** you look is amazing and a true inspiration. I don’t write too much in my weight loss blog, mostly my main blog, but having it there and weighing in each week helps me a lot! I’ll be back to visit lots more!
Oh and I definately want to eat a lot more when I exercise, mostly I try to just drink more water, which I am real bad at to begin with. Great that your exercising !!

You go girl!! See and you teased me for running around being busy like a mad woman! Now you know! I too started back on counting all my points religiously, it’s been 1/12 weeks now! Hi Lisa,
remember the best time to eat is after you have exercised because your metabolism stays up high for a couple of hours afterwards, so whatever you eat will burn faster than when you eat before exercise.
