I know things here have been few and far between. That’s because there is really nothing to report. The weight fluctuates anywhere from 2-5 lbs. on any given day. My eating is truly under control right now, even though I’m not really following any plan. I’m just being conscious. I have been walking 3 miles per day, 5 days per week. I have been doing weights and boxing 2-3 days per week.
I seem to feel better and eat better when I keep up on the workouts, so that is where my focus is right now. Screw the scale.
I’m trying to find my self-confidence and self-esteem, although it seems to be in a pretty damn good hiding place, because I haven’t found it yet. Just finding little ways to improve on them.
