Jenn (from Against the Odds) started a 6 week The Biggest Loser Challenge. I'm joining her. This isn't just a weight challenge. Since we both own The Biggest Loser DVD and book we are following their exercise plan for 6 weeks. There are 6 different workouts on the DVD that we are to alternate 6 days per week. Sunday will be my one free day of not working out.

I will keep track of the workout daily, and my weight loss and measurements at the end of the challenge.

Each workout is 40 minutes consisting of
5 minute warm-up / 25 minute workout / 10 minute cool-down
